1. Current demo
This build is an interactive local demo. It stores workspace names, sample memberships, invitation codes, campaign records, evidence simulations and decisions in this browser. Use sample information. Anyone who can access this browser profile may access or switch these demo identities.
2. Storage and deletion
The site uses browser storage for motion preferences, demo briefs and dashboard records. Clearing this site's browser data removes those local records. There is no production database or account recovery service connected.
3. Camera, location and maps
The browser demo uses illustrative photos and coordinates; it does not capture your camera or live GPS. Google Maps is optional and loads only when a configured key is used and the Google Maps view is opened. Opening an external map link or enabling the embedded service contacts Google.
4. Planned production services
The future field app and backend require authenticated memberships, server-enforced organization boundaries, scoped media access, retention settings and workflow-specific camera and location permissions. These are requirements to implement and validate, not capabilities provided by this local demo.
5. Before launch
The owner must provide the verified business identity, privacy contact, data practices, processor details and retention terms before collecting real field-worker or customer information. This preview is not a compliance certification. The DPDP assessment is pending.
